Welcome to Hihowru STL. By accessing our website (hihowrustl2u.com) and purchasing our Digital 3D models (STL files), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Digital Products & Delivery

Format: All products are sold as digital files (typically .STL format). We do not ship physical 3D prints.
Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link via email or your customer dashboard.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Intellectual Property & License

All 3D models, images, and text on this website are the intellectual property of Hihowru STL. When you purchase a file, we grant you a Personal Use License unless otherwise stated:

You MAY: Print the model for personal use or as a gift.
You MAY NOT: Share, sell, or redistribute the digital STL files.
You MAY NOT: Sell physical prints of the models (unless you have purchased a specific Commercial License or are a member of an authorized tier).
You MAY NOT: Modify the files to create "remixes" for sale or redistribution.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a file has been downloaded or the link has been sent, we cannot offer refunds.
If you encounter a technical issue with a file (e.g., the file is corrupted), please contact us at info@hihowrustl2u.com, and we will provide a replacement or fix.

4. User Conduct

By using this site, you agree not to:

Attempt to bypass any security measures or download limits.
Use our models for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Hihowru STL or any third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hihowru STL provides files "as is." While we strive for high-quality, printable models, we are not responsible for:

Failures caused by your 3D printing hardware, software, or resin/filament choices.
Any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital products.

6. Pricing and Payments

Currency: All prices are listed in [MYR, e.g., USD].
Changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Taxes: You are responsible for any sales tax or VAT applicable in your jurisdiction.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
