1. I bought the wrong file. Can I get a refund?

Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly, all sales are final. We cannot "return" a digital file once it has been accessed. Please double-check your cart before completing your purchase.

2. The print failed on my machine. Is the file broken?

All our models are tested for printability. Most print failures are caused by:

  • Incorrect slicer settings (temperature, speed, or retraction).

  • Leveling issues or poor bed adhesion.

  • Improper support placement. We recommend checking your printer calibration and referring to your slicer’s documentation. We do not offer refunds for failed prints.

3. What software do I need to open these files?

Our models are typically provided in .STL or .OBJ formats. You will need "Slicer" software (such as Cura, PrusaSlicer, or Chitubox) to prepare the files for your specific 3D printer.

4. Can I sell the physical prints I make from your files?

The standard license is for Personal Use Only. This means you can print as many as you like for yourself or as one-time gifts. However, you may not sell the physical prints or the digital files.

5. My download link expired or I didn't receive the email. What do I do?

First, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If you still cannot find your download link, email us at info@hihowrustl2u.com with your Order Number, and we will manually verify your purchase and resent the link.

6. Do the models come pre-supported?

Please check the individual product description. Some models include "Pre-Supported" versions, while others are "Unsupported" to allow you to customize settings for your specific resin or filament.
